This policy applies wherever BraidSpeed for iPhone and iPad is offered. This release provides account-authenticated VPN access and traffic graphs. It does not include connection Sharing with other devices or Google sign-in. Account and device informationמידע על החשבון והמכשיר

Your email address and sign-in credentials are sent to our account service to authenticate you. Stored authentication records include password hashes and session or token records. We also retain account identifiers, installation and device identifiers, the device name you provide, public identity and key bindings, and authorization records. VPN traffic, usage and diagnosticsתעבורת VPN, שימוש ואבחון

VPN operation processes network traffic, addresses and DNS requests to carry traffic to its destination. The account service retains account-linked session information, selected service region, session timestamps and aggregate uploaded and downloaded byte totals for authorization and allowance accounting. Connection information, including IP addresses, timestamps, service requests and errors, can appear in operational or security logs. Graph history is displayed locally in bounded app memory. The app does not automatically upload a support summary. If you choose Share support summary, the iOS share sheet lets you select its destination. When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any summary you choose to send. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, payment-card details or captured network traffic. The published support mailbox uses Google’s Gmail service. Hosting, database, backup, network and support providers may process information needed to operate these functions. We limit disclosure to what is necessary for the service and do not authorize independent advertising or profiling uses. Your selected websites and internet services receive the traffic you direct to them. Retention, account closure and deletionשמירת מידע, סגירת חשבון ומחיקה

Records support account operation, usage accounting, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. The current system has no general automatic erasure schedule for account, device, usage, session or audit records, and no automatic database-backup expiry. Account deactivation, sign-out, credential expiry and uninstalling the app do not themselves erase server records. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of personal information. Records can remain until manual review and removal. We review the request, identify records that can be erased and explain any necessary retention or backup limitations. Operational logs rotate; rotation is not a promise that all copies disappear after a particular number of days. MediaHosting Ltd operates from Israel, and the current VPN/account infrastructure is in the United Kingdom. Service providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Cross-border processing must meet the safeguards required by applicable law; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests in operating and securing it, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent where required. The first-use notice asks for agreement before account and VPN functions start. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent privacy authority. Send requests to mediahostingltd@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to verify account ownership; never send your password. BraidSpeed is not directed to children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us. We use access controls and encrypt the tunnel between your device and the Braid VPN server. Protection beyond that server depends on the destination and protocol; this is not a guarantee that every internet or DNS connection is encrypted. No service can guarantee absolute security.
