This policy covers Android 0.1.47 (48) and the upcoming Android 0.1.49 (50) update wherever those versions are offered. Both provide account-authenticated VPN access over available local network paths and traffic/quality graphs. Version 48 uses email/password sign-in to an existing account; it has no Google or Facebook sign-in. Version 50 adds optional Google sign-in, which may create a Free account after identity and email checks, and Facebook sign-in for previously linked accounts. Facebook must first be linked to an existing Braid password account. Neither version includes connection Sharing with other devices, offers purchases or opens an external checkout. We do not sell or rent personal information, use VPN data for advertising, track users across other companies’ apps and websites, or provide VPN activity to advertisers or data brokers. Account and device informationמידע על החשבון והמכשיר

Your email address and sign-in credentials are sent over HTTPS to our account service to authenticate you. Stored authentication records include password hashes for accounts with a Braid password, and session or token records. Google/Facebook identity associations and sign-in records are described in the linked account and sign-in privacy policy. We also retain account identifiers, installation and device identifiers, the device name you provide, public identity and tunnel-key bindings, entitlements and authorization records. These support sign-in, device enrollment, access control, usage limits, security changes and support. VPN traffic, usage and diagnosticsתעבורת VPN, שימוש ואבחון

When the VPN is on, BraidSpeed processes network packets, IP addresses, destinations and DNS requests to route your traffic through the Braid VPN endpoint. This can include traffic from other apps and can continue while the dashboard is in the background. The account service retains account-linked session information, selected service region, timestamps and aggregate uploaded/downloaded byte totals for authorization and allowance accounting. Connection information, service requests, errors and performance measurements may appear in operational or security logs. Graph history is displayed locally in bounded app memory; this does not mean that the server’s session and usage records stay only on your device. Local settings store choices such as appearance, language and reconnect preferences. The app asks for VPN authorization and displays an ongoing VPN notification when the service runs. When you contact support, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, payment-card details or captured network traffic. Our published support mailbox uses Google’s Gmail service. Hosting, database, backup, network and support providers may process information needed to operate these functions. We limit disclosure to what is necessary for the service and do not authorize independent advertising or profiling uses. Websites and internet services you select receive the traffic you direct to them. We use access controls and encrypt the tunnel between your device and the Braid VPN endpoint. Protection beyond that endpoint depends on the destination and protocol, such as HTTPS; this is not a guarantee that every internet or DNS connection is encrypted. Records support account operation, usage accounting, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. The current system has no general automatic erasure schedule for account, device, usage, session or audit records, and no automatic database-backup expiry. Account deactivation, signing out, credential expiry, device revocation and uninstalling the app do not themselves erase server records. Use our account-deletion request page or email mediahostingltd@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated personal information. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to the website to make a request. We verify ownership proportionately, review the request, identify records that can be erased and explain any necessary retention or backup limitations. Records may remain until manual review and removal; opening the page or an email draft does not delete anything. Applicable cross-border safeguards must be observed; contact us about arrangements relevant to your information. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent privacy authority. BraidSpeed is not directed to children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us. You can stop VPN use and contact us about withdrawing consent; stopping use does not automatically delete existing records.
