This policy covers the shared BraidSpeed account service and the sign-in information handled by MediaHosting Ltd. Braid is also shown as the product name in some clients and Google sign-in screens. It covers email/password accounts and Google sign-in where a supported client, including Windows, offers it. Android 0.1.47 (48), the published Android release, uses email/password sign-in. The upcoming Android 0.1.49 (50) update adds optional browser-based Google sign-in and Facebook sign-in for previously linked accounts. Version 50 has not replaced version 48 on Google Play. The descriptions below apply to people using version 50 with the supporting account service, without announcing a store release or adding those methods to version 48. The account service receives your email and authentication information over HTTPS. It stores your account identifier, email, password hash if you have a Braid password, session records, device and enrollment identifiers, public key bindings, entitlements, authorization records and account-linked usage totals. Device names and information you supply to support may also identify you. Account and security events are recorded for access control, misuse prevention and operational accountability. Usage and session records support allowance accounting. This policy does not make a no-logs or anonymity promise. When you choose an available Google sign-in option, Google handles the browser sign-in and consent interaction. Braid requests basic identity and email permissions (openid and email), checks the identity token, and uses the Google account identifier and verified email for authentication. It does not request Gmail messages, Drive files, calendars or contacts. Google can sign you into a linked Braid account or create a Free account if the identity and email checks permit it and there is no account conflict. Some identities instead require explicit linking to an existing Braid password account with password confirmation. Matching email addresses do not automatically merge accounts. The Facebook flow in Android 0.1.49 (50) signs in a previously linked identity; it is not first-use Facebook account creation. First linking requires an existing Braid password account, your explicit action and Braid password confirmation. Google-only accounts cannot currently link Facebook. If that flow is enabled and you choose it, Facebook handles sign-in and permission approval in your browser. It requests public_profile and email permissions. Braid retrieves the app-specific user identifier and email when available, rather than importing posts, friends, contacts or photos. Braid does not receive your Facebook password. When a provider identity is linked, Braid stores the provider, issuer, provider user identifier, linked Braid account and association time. A Google-created account also stores its email. Braid issues a separate session credential for its own service; the provider token is not used as your saved Braid session credential. Authentication challenges and rate-limit records help prevent replay and misuse. In the Android 0.1.49 (50) browser flow, sign-in attempt records contain proof hashes, expiry and status, and provider identity information while completion is pending. Successful completion clears the temporary identity fields; expired or consumed attempts are removed when a later attempt starts. Expiry is not a promise of physical record deletion at that moment. MediaHosting Ltd operates from Israel; the current account infrastructure is in the United Kingdom. Hosting, database, network, backup and support providers may process information needed for their functions. Our support mailbox uses Google's Gmail service and receives messages and attachments you choose to send. Providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security. We use access controls and HTTPS for account communication; no service can guarantee absolute security. Retention and deletion requestsשמירת מידע ובקשות מחיקה

The current service has no general automatic erasure schedule for account, device, session, usage or audit records, and no fixed database-backup expiry. Records may remain until manual review and removal. Signing out, account deactivation, device revocation, uninstalling an app, or removing Braid from a provider's connected-app settings does not itself delete your Braid account or associated records. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, including Google or Facebook links and sign-in records, through the request page or privacy email below. Requests are reviewed manually after proportionate ownership verification. No website sign-in or app installation is needed to start a request. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. This includes signed admission/audit records, settled usage records and backup, support or processor copies. These categories are not a blanket claim of legally required retention. We explain applicable retained categories, reasons and limitations when responding; we do not promise immediate complete erasure or a fixed backup-erasure date. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent privacy authority.
